I will like to collect this data remotely by installing WinCC OA on a PC which will act as the server.I then will like 3 clients PC to view this same data.I want to use the WinCC OA to collect process points for trending and alarm archive.I will like to know if the following PN are the correct choice for the above application.1. 6AV6351-1AA30-0AA02. 6AV6351-1EA31-0AAO to work with option 1 to allow changes.Or3. 6AV6351-1EA31-1AA0The number of power tags under 100.Thanking you.Regards,Raymond.

HiRaymondk IT is so strange to use WinCC OA for this application. WinCC OA is for extra large projects than WinCC. if you have 3 machines I claim that WinCC will be quite sufficient. You can use more than 150K Power Tag!!!

WinCC OA is an Extra Large SCADA system introduced by Siemens to cover projects larger than what is covered by SCADA WinCC.

WinCC OA formally was named PVSS (a product of an Austrian company named ETM ) that Siemens brought to cover this market sector.

I will try to explain the application so if possible I can have a solution. I have 3 separate machines that have 1 PLC each with a HMI. I will like to view some selected process from each machines. I will like to view these selected tags on a PC located remotely. I will like to archive these tags and also view them in a trend. The trend and alarms must be historical. That's all. Is there any other version of Wincc or WinCC flexI can use? Thanking you much. Regards, Raymond.
