Axie enable - Simotion D445

viktors Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Dear experts, I have a problem using MCC. I tried tu enable axis using "Switch axis enable" block. It cause Error 40005 Missing enables (parameter 1:7) and/or incorrect mode (parameter 2:1). It seems like this cannot energize infeed. I am using Siemens motor with DriveCliq on slave system (CU320) with Simotion D445 as master (connected via profibus). Please, can you advise me, how to properly configure mentioned block or if its better to use different approach. And also I would like to ask how to solve errror 20005: Device type 2, log. adress 352 faulted (Bit:0, encoder number:0, 0x4000h). It appears in same time as error above. Thanks for reply

piotras512 Posts: 18 Rating: (4)	What version of Simotion/scout are You using? Do You have _LineModule_control block used in Your program to control infeed (Line Module)? Do You have parameter r863.0 from infeed connected to p864 in drive?

viktors Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, I am using Simotion V4.2(as master) which is connected to CU320 2DP with active line module (as slave) and Scout V4.2.1. I tried to make a simple MCC program following Scout configuration manual example using TO axis. I also checked p864, it is connected to r863.0 and parameters for enable infeed p840 is connected with r2091 (profibus). I have no idea where is the problem. Thanks for reply

If You don't want to use _LineModule_control block, the procedure of switching on the: - Active Line Module is described on page 27 - Smart Line Module page 35 - Basic Line Module page 40 in "Sinamics S120 Drive functions" manual. Is it possible for You to upload Your project here?

Thanks for reply Hi friends Firstly, if you use Active line Module, you have to do Steps 1- You must look at Infeed modulle adress in HW so infeed must be created telegram in HW 2- if you learn infeed adress, you must teach adress IN_OUt on the motion (scout) for example: infeed adress is 256 you must write ( name--IN/OUT---Word-- assing(PIW 256) on the adress list so you will do similer operations in other Output word. 3-you must use a function that to "line module" so you call this function, and you fill in/out parametres, example: enable, reset etc.. yes that's all Also after you be enabled ALM module, you can set this axis.
