The attachment shows how different distributed IO systems can be used in hazardous locations. Look at the following documents, the most appropriate system seem s to be the ET 200ISP distributed system for hazardous areas. SIMATIC Principles of Explosion Protection SIMATIC Distributed I/O ET 200iSP Distributed I/O Device - Fail-safe Modules Not all your requirements can be met with thus system, for example there are no AO HART modules available, but it seems the closest Siemens can provide.
