I am new to the forum and from some the post I see that this is the place for a little help.

I have been asked to fit some sensors to a press which will do the following.

sensor 1 will look at the bearing in the part the operator will then close the guard and it will press the part.

sensor 1 will then look at a top ring the operator will then close theguard and it will press the part.

sensor2 willthen will look at a seal on the press the operator will thenclose the guard and it will press the part.

the guard will be locked while pressing to a set time which is simple enough and after the press release which we have sorted already and the pressing function.


my thinking is that we will need 3 sensors and that the sequence of the works will not work un til it has done sensor 1 , 2 then 3 and then will reset to 1 this is were I am stuck.


help please
