voltage transformer connection

Valli Posts: 262 Rating: (45)	Hi dude ! As i understand you have one no of Voltage transformer MLFB/ TYPE NO. 3WL9111-0BB68-0AA0 380...690 V a.c. available with you. If you want to connect it with the Metering function module of 3WL to see the KW or voltage etc in ETU 45/ 76B you are in need of connection dig. I am attaching the relevant files which will help you to connect it with 3WL. Attachment 3WL_VT Connection with BSS and Metering.pdf (380 Downloads)

On the secondary side, it is always star-connected to the auxiliary conductor plug-in system. Refer to the Operating Instructions for details.

Can you please explain why the secondary winding is always star-connected to the auxiliary conductor plug-in system? Is that connection is applicable only to 3WL ACB system because I studied we can also connect the secondary winding in delta connection.
