I think it is not possible to use a proximity sensor, to detect the fully closed postion of the tap. is it ? otherwise, followMarcjanadvice.

Thanks all, some how i managed this by placing a photoelectric sensor by using a fixed test bed like a jig ,,,so that the operator cant move the tank once placed in test bed. So that if the thread wasnt threaded completely i will get a signal... this s working some how Perhaps i should have tried Marcjan idea before trying this Regards, Nelliyan.G |
