cpu22: increased memory option is grayed

I try to increase the memory, but the option is grayed out (same for configuring del SF / DIAG). Please help. see screen thank you In addition, it does not program the memory cartridge. This PLC does not support the use of recipe and datalog, so if you want to program memory cartridge, do not select recipe and datalog. Regards, Marcjan
