AI8 TC module

Striker77 Advanced Member Joined: 9/12/2013 Last visit: 9/9/2024 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hi everybody, I have a CPU S7-224XP-CN with analog module AI8 TC S7-200 (231-7TF32-0XA0). The AI module has some ports error and it is posible replaced by 231-7PF22-0XA0? Thank for your reply.

I attach here document of module 231-7TF32-0XA0 (Order code CTS7 231-7TF32 of Co-Trust manufacture-China; p27/38). I replaced this module by EM231-7PF22-0XA0; the SF led is green, PLC can't access so just monitoring value from HMI but seem have no signal to PLC. Do you have any susgestion? If you have a real Siemens try to connect the module to the PLC direct, that means no other modules connected between PLC and Analog module. Regards, Marcjan

I tested 231-7PF22-0XA0 module with another PLC 226 (Made in Germany) and it is OK, I can read temperature value. I don't have a China PLC more to test but I think problem is new AI module is not family with China PLC. Thank for your support.
