RFID Configuration using TCP/IP

I'm not covinced that this is the right string but is should have the right format.
When I send the string, using either the Siemens demo program (see attached) or my own appication the module replies
with an error code 3222 which according to the is buffer overflow. If I try shorting the command by leaving out elements of
the XML messsage such as the baudrate I get error 3550 "Error in the XML structure".

If I send it a heartbeat message it replies in the correct manner, but any other message such as reset returns an error of 15 
"Wrong parameterization". 

Also the RF210R has a red light which flashes either 19 , 20 or 21 times (don't have enough fingers to be sure) which again
according to the manual point to a config problem.

Any ideas ?

The configuration module was already configured or is in default mode.
