Copying project from and to memory card without PC

We are not willing to give this. Now I wondered if its possible to copy a project from a running PLC to the memory card. And in case of crash or damage on the PLC. Is it possible to load the project from that memorycard to the new PLC. Most important issue for us is, that the costumer will not be able to upload the program from the PLC. So all this has to happen without the passwords that are on the program. Thank you a lot!
