Migrating Old S5 101u to S7 200/300

Dokus Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi all, I have some questions about migrating a old S5 101u to a S7-200 or a S7 313. 1.Wich S7 is pref to replace the S5 101u 2.When i going to convert the S5 software to S7 the mean program stays the same? and some inputs and outputs will change? tnx Dokus

The versionofStep7doesn't metter, if this is your first question. If you readmanualaboutS5-S7( attachment)you'llseethatsomeoffunctionofstep5dosn'thaveanaloginstep7.Andifyoumake somehowtheconversion, must check everything this includes the logic of the program. May be the faster way is to start new program with logic from the S5 program.
