Sulfide - Ambiental Conditions

JoseV. Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello Everyone, I recently installed two redundant 417-H Stations on a residual water treatment plant. As the plant is still "in progress", the levels of Hydrogen sulfide (acid sulfhidric) are quite significant (13 ppm this days). My question is, if those ambiental conditions may affect the CPU, not just in short time but in a long-term period. What are the levels of hydrogen sulfide that can endure the 417-H CPUs? Hello, Module that are capable of withstanding extreme ambient conditions are called SIPLUS.In the following link, you will find order number of each SIPLUS module based on the family and situation that it can be utilized.For ambient conditions with aggressive gases you need to check "EN60721-3-3Class 3C4". For now, I don´t have in mind to change to the SIPLUS class, but I need to know how much sulfide can endure de IPC 547D and the 417H. I´ve been looking info about this in the items profiles but I can´t find anything. Thanks,

Thanks, Hello, I can not provide you the exact number as part per million of any agressive gas and exposed time that may cause destructive effect on the mentioned modules.Please ccontact people in "Support Request" to give you more accurate advice.
