Type of SIMATIC Memory Card

Hi,

I want to use of SMC as an update card. i inserted that in a SD RAM Reader on PG. and i have opened the folder " SIMATIC card reader" in project tree. but i could not set the card as an update card.

which TIA Version do you use?
In my V13.0 SP1 installation the USB Card Reader is named "Generic USB...".
The Simatic Card Reader is the internal Card Reader in the PG for the S7-300 Memory Cards and can't be used with the S7-1x00 Memory Cards!

Cann you access the card in the Windows Explorer?

is the card available as drive in windows explorer?
