WinCC runtime layout in wide screen monitor problem

Dear Sir/Madam, Product range : PCS7 V6.1 WinCC V6 Who has been experience WinCC runtime layout (make up by OS-Project Editor) by wide screen monitor.? Do you adjust area view and button view match with wide screen? in OS-project editor has only stardard monitor layout setting but I need 1680x1050 pixels for single wide screen monitor. refer attach picture Thank you Hyena Smile. Here's a hack you may want to try. Disclaimer: I haven't tested this !! Proceed at your own risk and headaches !!! In your WinCC program directory under the folloiwng path - \Program Files\SIEMENS\WINCC\options\pdl\ Are all the Runtime window configuration files and directories. Take one like ...\options\pdl\SIMATIC_1600x1200 and copy it, then rename it to ...\options\pdl\SIMATIC_1680x1050 Then inside that new configuration directory, rename the CFG file and then edit it -- adjust all the geometry configuration values to relfect your desired resolution. If there are any other files with a similar name, also rename them to your desired new resolution (I presume you get what I mean). Note, inside the CFG file, it points to PDL files that are used for default screen generation (such as @1001.PDL, @Overview1.PDL, etc.). You may want to create new ones, edit them to the proper layout and configuration you desire, and store them in a directory like \Program Files\SIEMENS\WINCC\options\pdl\SIMATIC_1680x1050 and then modify the file location strings in your configuration file to point to the new location. I've attached a Zip of the example CFG file for 1680x1050 resolution. I believe it defaults to pointing to screens of 1024x768 resolution - which in your project you then have to resize, etc. When you go to OS Project settings, you will see your new resolution listed in the default resolution window box and you can select it. If you employ this method and fiind it works, let us know. If you edit the default screens and place them into a new directory, please share them ! Good Luck !!! (keine Kopfschmerzen, bitte !) Dear everybody. I modified and test it already for new creen layout config. and related picture file. this config. develope for wide screen monitor 1608 x 1050 pixels screen resolution. You just only unzip attach file below, and next copy folder name SIMATIC_1680x1050 to directory>> Program Files\SIEMENS\WINCC\options\pdl so you can see many screen configuration in that directory. after that run OS-Project editor in WinCC application, the SIMATIC_1680x1050 will shown in dialog.
