Hello ,
I guess, that there is no temperature compensation available for a beltscale.
Please consider, that a 190 m long belt will always gets a bit stretched at higher temperatures.
What kind of tension device are you using ? A gravimetric one will compensate a influence at it best. Also a very painstakingly made alignment is crucial for a most proper measurement.
Very important is also the location of the scale. Attached you will find a guide to find the best area.
Anyhow, deviations of 0,02% and 0,79 % sounds not bad. What kind of beltscale are you using ? MMI-2 ?
Hope this helps !
Cheers.

not sure, whether it make sense to reduce the weight here. Just another thing. Are you using misalignment switches like the Kiepe HES ? Please find the specs attached.
