I have a redundant System which is shown in picture# 3. When i assigned IPs to my redundant CPUs then Maintenance Fault occured. It says IP conflict on the network but i dont have anything on this network other than this AS. I have also tried by changing the IPs but this fault does not disappear. Please help me if anybody know how to remove this fault from the CPU. AttachmentPics.zip (84 Downloads) |

Hi M_Sohaib I checked your attachment and found that you have CP443-1. Can you try to disable the ports of the CPU and use the CP443-1 to establish communication. |

In a redundant fault tolerant plant bus, you always must assign the IP addresses in a different range. For example: Ring 1: 192.168.1.0-192.168.1.255, Subnet: 255.255.255.0 Ring 2: 192.168.2.0-192.168.2.255, Subnet: 255.255.255.0 Maybe this could be your problem..... |
