Hello AlePa, a TP900 can be used with two kinds of SD cards:
You can use a storage Card or a USB stick for logging (Historical Data). A difference between the SD Card and the USB stick is the maximum size sold in the Industry Mall:
Here are the other availiable external storage devices:
For a storage device bought in the mall you have guarantees for the life cycle length (see technical data: "Memory > Wear leveling (distributed writing)"). Another difference is that the SD Card can be fully put inside the slot if the panel and covered by a cover. The USB stick sticks out and is not covered. Some Panels don't have both slots. The TP900 has two USB and one SD slot you can use for logging (Historical Data). For the logging itself it is not important which one you use. You can alternatively log to a path in the network to which the panel belongs:

Hello AlePa, yes, 5,5h if you archive each tag in a seperate archive (50 tags in 50 archives). Here is an application example that shows you how to make sequential los:
How the archive behaves once it is full depends on the logging method you chose in the properties of the data log.
So it doesn't stop in the first two cases. Here old entries are overwritten. In the last two cases it stops and an event is triggered. |
