Editing the Simocode .sdp file

JacoF Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi When a new simocode configuration is saved to the hard disk 2 files are created (.htm and a .sdp file). Is there another way of editing the ofline simocode .sdp file. I do have Simocode ES but thought there might be a quicker way of editing these files. Jaco

Amy Regular Member Joined: 4/21/2008 Last visit: 3/13/2024 Posts: 12 Rating: (2)	JacoF, most of cases, you only need to change profibus DP address of simocode pro in one product line. you can use a Memory module toupload parameter from on simocode pro and download to others. then use a dddressing plug to change profibus address of every simocode pro. it is very easy to operate the modules. so you need not to download parameter from PC toall the simocode pro.
