Are there some special settings to 414F in contrast to 414H, in part of f-program? In H-system all I/Os is working fine. But the same program in the same hardware (except h-plc, of course) does not.

There are some points regarding your question:

1. FH CPUs are capable of processing safety logic and communicate with safety modules by applyingPROFIsafebus profile.This is an extra feature but they are in essence CPUs that handle standard logic and communicate with standard bus partners.This is a capability they have by execution of special functions(self-test,CRC check and Profi-safe handling) in CFC.

2. FH CPUs  can be used for processes with high availability and safety standards(process automation).In this case , you need a runtime license , providing safety I/O modules and software packages(FH Systems).In this manner, your H-CPU is now capable of performing like an FH package.

3. F CPUs like S7-416F are used in factory automation with single I/O mode and their safety functionality is implemented in their firmware.They are configured by "S7-Distributed Safety"package.

FH and F CPUs are different product families in essence , in technologies and engineering software packages.Their applications are different and their logic can not be used directly in the other family.
