problem with simodrives moduls

Hi to all 

Because i am new i want to ask you about my problem 

I have 2 simodrives modules 6sn1123-1aa00-0aa1 and 6sn1146-1ab00-oba0 which communicate with each other via bus plug 

The problem is that none of the two moduls not light 

Can you tell me what could be wrong ?

6SN1146-1AB00-0BA0 is 5/10 KW unregulated infeed module which converts AC supply into DC.

6SN1123-1AA00-0AA1 is 15 A power module which converts DC supply to AC.

LT power module is feed DC supply via DC power bus & control supply via data bus. Please check 3 phase AC supply is present at power supply terminals of infeed module. Next check the control terminals 63, 64 i.e. pulse enable & drive enable are present. Also check 9,112, 48 & NS1, NS2 & AS1 As2 terminal status.

a.If i measure in plug 141 (pin 7) 24volts must be light infeed modul and by extension the control card  (6sn1118...... wich is plugged in 6sn1123....modul? or it depends from the terminals (63, 64 and the others) which you tell me ?

b. The infeed modul 6sn1146... it doesnt take 3 phase because the 3 phase voltage is controlled by a relle which it has not taken command .

But i thought these are only for power part (DC link 600Volt) and not for the auxiliary (24V ,5v DC..). Is there internal power supply in the infeed modul and from the three phases are created auxiliary DC voltages on the plug X351 necessary to ignite any of led of infeed modul 6sn1146 ... and led of the control card where this momemt is all erase (not light)??

IF three phase is available at power terminal U1, V1, W1 & if 1U1-2U1; 1V1-2V1; 1W1-2W1 are shorts then GREEN LED on infeed must light. It indicates control power supply is healthy. If it is not then control supply is faulty. When NS1 NS2 on X171 are short, then internal pre-charging contactor will get ON & when pulse enable & drive enable signals are present, DC output bus will be charged. Please refer the attached sheet for more information.

So in your case, even if 3 phase supply is present at U, V & W & at 2U1, 2V1, 2W1 & GREEN LED is not ON, then in this case control power supply of infeed module is faulty.

If i were He, i will not or saying  I CANNOT answer your questions.

If you are new in this field you need follow some suggestion--did you see my suggestion at the top of this forum branch and CNC branch--if you want to get better help. you need at least post one picture of your system, which you think they have trouble.

Normally SIMODRIVE 611 system cannot work alone, they are controlled by CNC or PLC, specially 611U can run by itself . you mentioned Power supply, power section(or call drive module) but you only write # in half of 611 control card  6SN1118--. what is very important for the last part of #.THEY SHOULD LIKE THIS 6SN1118-0NH01-0AA1 or some thing else 

Now I can only give you one suggestion--you said your system no any light (LED) on. did you hear anty of fan running or not.

Basically, you need to check Power supply module 1st, 6SN1146-1AA00-0AA1

Check  manual PISCEAN 2010 send to you.you separate drive , test power supply only

if power is dead--of cause there will no any thing work in the whole system

OK try to post pictures and answer basic question--make other understand what is system and what is your problem
