V90 PN with SINA_POS and telegram111

Hi all,

I commissioned yesterday a V90 PN (S1200).

I used the SINA_POS block of the drive library and telegram 111.

I have 3 positions (1,2 and 3) and the sequence is 1 -> 2-> 3 ->1 ...).

Each time i get an error F8501 PN Profidrive : Setpoint timeout after positioning from 2 to 3. No errors on the rest of the positionings !!

When i look at het error description : The reception of setpoints from the profidrive has been interrupted.

Could it have something to do with the real time settings of the V90 in Tia Portal ( Update time is now set at 2 ms (default) and watchdogtime set at 3 cycles)

Hi,

Yesterday i replaced the profinet cable between the s1200 and the drive. Problem solved. The electrical cabinet vibrates a little bit when i come to pos 3.

But...

I hooked a proxi to DI3 and assigned it to REF.

Then i tried to reference( ModePos = 4), but i got an error ( value 6) of illegal combination of input signals? The motor start to run but does't react to the REF cam(proxi), and keeps on running !!

To activate a traversing task the ModePos must be 6 !!

The VeloAct comming out of the SINA_POS block shoud be in RPM (normed) ! I got values of +8526852 ???

I tried to use the sbFWD and the sbBWD bits to indicate the direction on the HMI panel. But they stay both false even when the motor turns.

There are also 2 outputs of the SINA_POS block : AxisErr and AxisWarn ( and also WarnAct and FaultAct).There are 2 alarmlists : Faults and Alarms.

Can some tell me what corresponds to what ?  Errors, Warnings, Faults and Alarms ????

same problem here with the reference cam, when 111 is used you have to activate POS_STW2.2 as ref cam

with 109 or 107 it works with a DI, but sina_pos does not give you an actual position anymore

my V90 does not stop when I release CCWL or CWL :o !
