Hi Cammo, Yes, you are correct. Changing a setpoint is not allowed in local mode. The only thing you can do is change setpoint internal/external if localsetting is set to "3" or "4". You have to create some logic to influence external setpoint when local mode is active. Like using a analog input signal from your local panel, with a switching logic (like an analog value selector block before connecting to SP_Ext: SelA02In). |

Hi cammo, I have some very good news for you. I came across a new update for PCS7 v8.2: AP library v8.2 SP2 With SP2 it is now possible to change the setpoint in local mode: Quote from readme:
You can download the service pack from here: PCS7 V8.2 AP library SP2 download PS: If you have updated the blocks and faceplates, make sure you set your MotSpdCL Feature2.bit6 to "1" because only then the operator is allowed to change the speed in local mode.
