IPC847C Unexpected shutdown

I use  Siemens SIMATIC IPC847C computer with order code 6AG4114-1NP32-2PX6 , we face problem in site as below we need your help to solve it :

this looks like a software problem to me. It may be caused by some external, unsusual hardware or an old driver. I would consider to make a full backup of the system with some backup tool, e.g. SIMATIC Image & Partition Creator. Then reinstall the operating system and see if the problem disappears.
