kimoco Posts: 48 Rating: (0)	This is part 2 you must extract file. Project file is in floders Past 2 ("TestSimotion.z01"). So copy "TestSimotion.z01" to the same plate TestSimotion.zip and Extract file. Sorry because file .z01 can't upload Best Regards Attachment Part2.zip (329 Downloads)

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 11/11/2024 Posts: 22445 Rating: (3029)	Hello, ok follow the Steps: Download SINAMICS Integrated and perform Ram to ROM Upload the Sinamcis Integrated after the download save the project and go offline reconfigure the axis, the drive data (encoder settings et all) should now be correct adapted in the project comment out some motion and switch on commands in the program save the project download the SIMOTION set the simotion to run and open the service overview is now the STATUS of "Cyclic communication" green in the overview? ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 11/11/2024 Posts: 22445 Rating: (3029)	check the encoder settings! in the drive you have configured a resolver with resolution 1 and then i the axis you configure incremental with resolution 2048! If you follow the steps i say the axis should be adapted the uploaded drive configuration. Delete the axis a recreate it.

I strongly recommend that you take a class or at least do the basic research required with the sample programs so you can understand what you need to do. SIMOTION is not a beginners platform. So do some basic work first before you expect people to devote their time to solve your problems.

Jeff Casagrande Posts: 1529 Rating: (202)	You can't because you have no idea what you are doing. Go back like 70 steps and start over again. Start with "I want to do {something}". People can help you like that.to do something, then do it. BTW when ChristophD tells you to do something, then do it.
