Did you enable common mode error for the module's I/O so it can tell you if your channels are getting railed because of a problem in the bonding or lack of bonding?

Can you show a wiring diagram?

AI1 / AI3 are 16-bit inputs? 

Do you have valid devices connected to the loop currents on AI1 & AI3?  If not, drop 500 Ohm resistors across them.

Dear Sir,

I am using AI-AQ 6ES7534-7QE00-0AB0 with S7 1511-1PN. There are AI1: A, AI2: V, AI3:A and AI4: RTD/TC AND AQ1&2 : UI/ ST. I am getting maximum value 32767 for AI1 and AI3, AI2 value is appearing correct. Please advise solution.

   

When you inject with the fluke, are you forcing the - leg to your M pin with a jumper to your system DC common or ground?

I always wire my M's to my PLC's 24V power supply - (minus) output, which is pretty much always bonded to earth / PE for my projects.

Have you read the s7-1200 system manual describing how to use (wire / connect) the analog I/O?  They usually show reference wiring diagrams that save us time figuring out why something is not right.

My programming Laptop is not connected to internet and my working PC is equipped with too much security to use USB to transfer the image of the connections.

Pin1: +, Pin2: - wirh fluke mA injection (4-20 mA,  2 wire),  pin 7: +Un  and Pin 8: -Un (working fine with +/-10 V), Pin 11 and 31: +, Pin 10: +, Pin 12: - and linked to M ; they are with fluke mA injection (4-20 mA,  2 wire), , Ch-3 disabled and not wired and  AO ch-1 and Ch-2 disabled and not wired. Pin 41 +, Pin 43 - and Pin 18 (M) connected to -.

Please advise.

What is the RTD you are using?  I see the following:

Measurement type:

Resistor (4-wire)/(3-wire) : 150 Ohm, 300 Ohm 600 Ohm, 6 kOhm

Thermal Resistor (4-wire) / (3-wire), Pt, Ni, LG-Ni of various ranges

 Problems have been solved: AI0 and AI2 are for  2 wire and 4 wire transmitters and connections have been corrected and working fine. AI3 is showing for TC but nameplate showing for RTD/TC. TC types can be selected but there is no option for RTD except V and A. Please advise how to use for RTD

Let me repeat myself.

What RTD are you using?

Thermal resistor, seems to fit, but you have to pay attention to the details for wiring and material type.  Read my prior request for RTD type.

Dear Sir, 

My TIA Portal V13 SP2 is not allowing to select any RTD; it allows TC,/ 0 to 10 V for AI3 although RTD/TC is mentioned for AI3 in the name-plate / item description. Any way, I am able to use 0-10V for AI3; so I am using transducer for converting RTD to V and then connecting to AI3.
