Hello Baterflul. Which version of TIA are you using? On V14, there is a block "GetChecksum", if you are using V14 you can use this GetChecksum block to know your current version of PLC program just writing a small compare logic, get date and time and write values to a DB, this way you can know when a change was made. Hi, please check the following FAQ. There you will find a manual. This example will work with SFC51 and SZL_ID W#16#232 and Index 4. How can you detect a change in the S7 user program in STEP 7 V5.5?
For S7-1200/1500 PLCs you can use instruction GetChecksum to compare checksum of Standard-Blocks / Safety-Blocks. Regards, Towome |
