Hello, Encoders are interfaced to drive as a speed sensing feedback. I do not understand what do you mean by "The reference is fed via position encoder." Do you want to run motor at two predefined fixed RPMs, e.g. in your case; 10- RPM & 600 RPM? If yes you can use fixed set points or configured 2 DIs to rotate motor at 2 fixed different RPMs. Please refer SINAMICS DCM, List Manual, Firmware version 1.4 SP1 (based on 4.7), function diagram 3115, page 743 for the same. Do you want motor to deliver rated torque at 600 RPM? (rated torque means torque developed at motor rated speed at rated armature voltage & at rated armature current at rated field current) HTH. |
