Simotion D445, Alarm Error 20005

The problem is that appear this alarm, and stop all the servos, and we have connected the encoder to a adapter to PILZ PNOZ m1p, and then to a SMC 20 (Siemens) and go to the simotion. Technological alarm TO_Axis_10: Alarm Error 20005 : Device type:1, log. address:740 faulted. (Bit:0, encoder number:0, reason: 0x4h). I don't find which it's the problem that occur this alarm, I hope you can help me with this problem. Thanks and I appreciate your support. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from how can i clear alarm 20005 of simotion d445 .

This should be possible if you go online to all devices when the 20005 is present and open the alarm windows . Regards Christoph

Antonio_Santillan Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	regards i have a problem in a robot in axis is commanded by a power module and simotion sometimes i find this alarm (20005 , device type 1, log addres: 320 fauled (bit 0 : encoder number 0 , reason : 0x0000001h) on other occasions , this (20005 , device type 2, log addres: 260 fauled (bit 0 : encoder number 0 , reason : 0x0000020h) can not be reset from scout program only turn off and turn on the computer and it is cleared alarm i nedd your help i tink it may be the encoder i need advice to eliminate the fault .
