IPC 477D slow in response when ever clicking button for popup window also coming late

Dear Expert,

We have problem in the IPC 477E is slow in response of the wincc runtime application when ever we click button for popup is taking 3 to 4 sec delay & retrieving of data from SQl also taking time.we have tried same back up in the other PC it is working faster. I have checked all the memory constrain & ram , CPU speed every things look good. Kindly help me to solve the problem. Wincc V7.0 is installed in the IPC. what type of operating system do you have?

Can you provide the exact type-no. of your ipc?

Maybe the bad click reaction time results from an unfixed hidlock process. See Case 3 at
