Redundancy not working - Cannot go online and not able to connect HMI

Sujithkumar Advanced Member Joined: 10/29/2016 Last visit: 11/26/2021 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hai every body, i am using S7-400H sysstem with CPU 412-5H. the problem is rack 0 and rack 1 working properly . but redundancy fault alarms showing in Readsystem status. actually cpu leds are normal. And also if i switch of rack 0 cpu it changes to rack 1 but i cannot go to online. and not able to connect HMI. please suggest me. i tried every thing MRES and downloadig. thanks & Regards, Y S Reddy. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Redundancy not working.

hdhosseini Diamond Expert Joined: 1/28/2009 Last visit: 10/26/2024 Posts: 6852 Rating: (1365)	Dear user, It is possible to connect to an S7-400 station via MPI connection even it is in STOP mode or other situations except if is not responding (e.g all LEDs are flashing).Go online by an MPI adapter and copy buffer of both CPUs and share them here and tell us more about LED status on both. If redundancy is not working and it is new problem,remove any force or active test function before change over. I hope it helps, hdhosseini
