Fault in redundance CPU-414-HM14

Hello 

As attached video , could any one guide me what is the fault , and what is the possible solution for fixing ?

What I have done :

1-I turned off the left cpu , remove the RAM , wait for about 2 minutes , after that , insert the RAM again and turned on the cpu , but still all leds are flashing .

2-I turend off the cpu , remove the RAM , then turned on the cpu without RAM  , But still I saw the all leds are flashing .

It will be correct by Re-downloading configuration program on faulty cpu  ?

Whats the possible suggestion for fixing this problem ?

What do you mean about power cycle in the sentence "Just remove batteries and power cycle" ?

When the PS be turned off , if I remove the batteries , it doesn't matter for the program that saved on memory or RAM ?

Also it not possible to connect Faulty cpu (Left one ), I think it is because of the module CP443-1  (Attached video). 

For diagnostic buffer file , is it needed to press update button when the related window is open ?

Just  some brief notes:

1. Power cycle means to turn the PS off -->then on again.
2. RAM will lose data when power is off and batteries are removed.
3. Try to connect with MPI to the faulty CPU
4. Diagnostic buffer in working CPU should be traced while you power cycle the faulty CPU

About point No.3 :  I tried to connect with MPI to faulty cpu  , but it doesn't work .For other CPU that is running , I connect with out problem  .

About poin No.2 :  lossing data , as you see my first post , I did this procedure :

1) PS -->off

2) Remove the RAM

3) Wait about 2 minutes

4) Insert the RAM again

5) PS-->on

In accordance with the above process , Did I miss the DATA and is it needed to be re-configured ?

If i do according you said in point No.2 , If the CPU become correct  I will loss the data , So , i have to re-configure plc  and re-download the program again ?

About point No4 : I did it , I power cycle the faulty CPU , but it doesn't matter on diagnostic buffer of  working CPU !, I attached  working CPU diagnostic file.

Brief notes:

1. If faulty CPU could synchronize to the working master, all data will be automatically equalized and copied from current master.
   
   
2. You buffer is flooded by Event ID 16# 2523 and there is no chance for the master CPU to tell you about the reason it can not synchronize with the faulty CPU.
   
   
3. Remove batteries, power cycle and if the faulty CPU is still has flashing LEDs  you need to replace it.

I removed the batteries according you said and did  your steps , The result : The blinking of leds are finished , then  the CPU went  in stop mode .After about 3 minutes , the CPU statues changed to run mode automatically , and now bothCPUs are run (attached picture & video )

 As you see in the picture , there is fault on both cpu and i think it is because of some nodes that are off .

Please answer  2 questions :

1)  According to video and picture attached ,are  the CPUs  in redundancy mode ?

2) Why the CPU  fell in fault ? Is it possible to happen again ?
