Hi Wayne, there are different types of OP7: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/1145112 chapter 5/d depending on your panel you can communicate via different protocols, which need different CP (communication processors) in your computer (e.g. CP5611, CP5512) But as mentioned in your thread in "SIMATIC Panel", you should first assure, whether you´ve the protool project file "*.pdb" - without itthe change of your password is not possible. nemo |

I have the OP7 DP. but never got the project file and don;t have Protool lite. Guess I am kind of screwed. Wayne |
