You don't state a question, so I'll mention a few things. The modules you mention 6SN1124-1AA01-0FA1 (200A,external cooling) and 6SN1123-... (200A,internal cooling) are electrically the same. The 6SN1118-0DM21 digital control module and the 840D drive setup parameters should be OK. However, the physical mountings of the power modules are different. Both power modules are 300mm wide, but depths are different. The 6SN1124 is 213mm from face to mounting surface, with heat sink behind the mounting surface. The 6SN1123 is 268mm from face to mounting surface, with heatsinkinside the module. The mounting depth is important due to the DC power buss and signal ribbon cable connections at the face. The "internal" module still requires a fan (6SN1162-0BA02-0AA2 or equivalent) to blow air up through the drive. Also, was the original power module's heat sink outside of the cabinet? If so, the new "internal" power module can put a lot of heat inside of the cabinet. Attached are some pages from the 2/2007 611 drive config manual showing some of the power module data and module dimmensions. You can download a full copy of the manual from DocOnWeb or click here 611 Power Modules . AttachmentPwr mod info.pdf (535 Downloads) |
