When trying to run the runtime of a project done on the v13 it shows me an error

kanigui Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Good evening, i have a computer on which tia portal v13 and v15 are installed. when i run the runtime of a project done on the v13 it shows me an error and asks me to convert it and run it on tia v15. After unintalled tia v15 the problem persists. can anyone help me to solve this problem? see attachment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Problem with HMI runtime simulation TIA V15. So you have to unsinstall TIA V15 TIA V15 RT. Then reinstall TIA V13 RT. Maybe it is enough to just install TIA V13 RT and by this removing V15. For your information: There can be several versions of the engineering system, so you could reinstall V15 without RT. Regards, Frink

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 11/19/2024 Posts: 14187 Rating: (1775)	Hello kanigui You have to seperate between the Simulation and the WinCC Advanced RT Software. -> in a multible Side by side installation you will be able to use the Simulation of a HMI in every Versoin (V13, V14, V15). And with the Simulation you also can connect to PLC Sim or Real PLC!!! But if you wan tot run the fwx file or Start the real WinCC Advanced RT Software then you have tu use the Versoin that you have projected in your HMI Project in TIA portal. So if you have a V13SP1 Image in your HMI Project then you need also a V13 SP1 Advance RT Software. You always can install only onel Version of The WinCC Advanecd RT on one System. Bye Murof
