MV440SR trigger ignored

Hello all

I'm having some issues with one of our MV440SR code readers.

Have searched the web for info, but have been unable to find anything, so hoping some of you might have any input.

The code reader have started to make the following error:

Transient: trigger ignored while acquisition busy

If I slow down the trigger signal then the error stops appearing.

But the speed of the trigger frequency haven't been a problem before, and the QR code is the same.

Have other installations running a higher trigger frequency with the same 2D code.

Have attached some pictures of error-code.

All help is appreciated !

Not that I can see.

The mashine where the camera is located is the same.

No lights around it have been changed or broken.

Yes it is possible to pause the mashine where the code-reader is located.

We have 10+ different programs for reading the code. all with small different settings depending on what background the QR code is printet.

The error appears in all of them.

attaching a photo of one of the scan of the QR, and it looks ok.

Have also made a Quality test of the QR itself, an the score was OK.

When you say "reset the MV" do you mean a power off/on cycle?

Above tried.

Even installed a new camera/code-reader and the same error returns. :-(

perhaps im just operating at the limit of what the code-reader can process.?

And the reason of the error is a minor physical change that made the code-reader spend just a little more time processing the image...
