Double motor module went into fault with fault code F30021and F30005

Dear Friends,

I had a similar problem yesterday. in double motor module, one of the motor got mechanical jam. Double motor module went into fault with fault code F30021and F30005. Tried to reset the fault, recyle power with no success. 

I replaced the motor module. At motor module Rdy LED is Red and DC Link is Green. There is any way to reset the fault or module already damaged.

After replacing the motor module, there is no fault and motor is running normal. The defective module i fixed in other machine spare slot. in defective module fault is still present. Control unit BOP it's shows F30021 and F30005. Is it possible to reset this fault? What is the procedure to reset these faults.

i mostly faced F30021 fault where my 0 volt and earth is connected together from Control transformer.

so avoid neutral, earth and 0 volts to connect to each other and provide each their separate connection
