Reseting PLC Mailbox

SadiqAsgher Posts: 31 Rating: (2)	Dear Experts, While dowloading the recipe data to the plc I am getting the error " Reset PLC Mailbox" continously. It occurs whenever I download the recipe data second time. So what is the solution of this problem. And how can I reset the Mail Box of the PLC. I am using MP377 HMI and 315-2 PN/DP CPU. In addition some how if I magane to reset the mailbox is there any possibilty that it will also reset all the data from mailbox which are in use of other operations to the PLC.

As an indication you have read the information in Mailbox, so there can be new information written to. Best regards, Wizard
