Hello Evry,

to show an additional faceplate (MonAnL) in the another faceplatte (MotL) you have to connect any output from the MonAnL-block to the input "SelFp1" from the "MotL"-block. It is irrelevant if the block icon from MonAnL is created. 
In the attachment you find a screenshot from the CFC and WinCC.

On ES everything works as it should.
On OS does not work, the picture in the first post​.

are you sure you did compilation of the OS before Downloading it ?

Yes, compile OS from step7.

Without compilation, it did not work for the ES, and only works for the ES, OS - no.

so after you modify in the chart, you must :

1- compil the chart, download to the AS, 

2- compile OS, download to the destination OS.

3- test the faceplate, it would work good.
