alram logging to usb stick- mp277

dear all,

i'm using a mp277 10" touch panel...
in that there is option for logging through usb port....
i wanna log alrams, i dont hav a memory card...
whether i can use a normal pendrive (presently i'm trying with 4gb pendrive make: transend) to log the data....

what n all settings i hav to do for this...
there are two ports on the mp where should i connect my pendrive...
if it is possible to connect to anyone of the port, whether any settings should be done forconfiguring that port....

thanks for the information...
actually i tried with the pendrive i had specified, but while startup it is showing that the storage path couldn't be detected.... may be this option is valid for only siemens usb sticks.....

consider if i am using siemens stick,
then whether i hav to preload anything in pendrive or else just plug and start using....
in which format thisdata will created.....
