Duplicate EPROM card

Hi,

The situation is as follow:

1. There is s7-400 FH system with installed EPROM card. EPROM card was originally loaded by means of 'Download User Program to Memory Card'.

2. There is Simatic Field PG with all required Simatic software but without original step7 project file.

Questions:

A. I want to upload content of EPROM card and store it to another EPROM card (same type) and keep it safe as backup. How to acheve that?

B. As far as I am concerned 'Retrieve from Memory Card ...' option is only good if 'Save to Memory Card...' was used before. Am I right?

C. If possible. Will such card work on another set of CPU's (same type of equipement)?

A. U will need original backup & laptop with exact versions of all softwares. Then only u can prepare second memory card.

2. Yes.

3. If u make available original backup & prepare memory card then it can used in another identical system or can be used as backup memory card.
