S7DOS Error No. 286 PCS7 V8.0 SP2

Hi,

We have recently update the update 15 of wincc v7.2 of PCS7 V8.0 SP2.

After that we are not able to go online in ES station for CFC through PC-Internal Local mode. 

It is showing the error 0xFFDF_01EF:[S7DOS]..

Invalid error definition for service id S7DOS: Error description for 286 not found.

Not able to download the configuration console. 

In PG -PC interface if I select other option then it is started communicating. Only not working with "PC internal local" mode.

Need solution for that. We struggling last 4 days for this.

I guess the communication between AS to OS is lost. in this case, you must repeat the procedure for PC Internal Local. 

1. change pg/pc interface to the network adapter that link to your CPU/AS. 

2. Download hardware configuration through Netpro. In netpro editor, click on the CPU, right click download this station. 

3. Change to internal local to check the communication to AS still exist. It should be resolved. If not, please take pictures. 

You may take pictures on all the procedures that you have done, attach here, then lets try to resolve it together again.
