"tag format error"

Hi all,

from a Wincc Professional V15 application I get the system warning nr 1000005, "Tag Format error" (more or less, is translated from italian).

somebody could explain me why it happens? It fullfils all my alarm logs...

There the following is said:
It seems like, that in WinCC a floating point value should be displayed.
The area addressed for this in the PLC howewer holds data which can not be converted to floating point.

I found this in log file:
