CEMAT V8.2 Faceplate Issue - Can't access Interlocks and Groups

Hi Everyone,

We have current issue on PCS7 / CEMAT faceplate. We can't access the interlocks and groups, as shown in attached picture. In the Engineering Station no issue, but for the OS servers and clients we have.

We've done all the possible solutions like import the user rights, regenerate header, reconfigure station config and download, even recreating the os project but still same error occur.

Please help us with this issue.

I have no experience with cemat, but i do faced this kind of issue before when i set up simulation in my local station. 

I forgot how i solve it but it is related to server data and ssm. 

Try to configure prefer servers in wincc instead of "no standard server". Under server data, right click .

Maybe it is too late to answer this topic, but it could help someone else.We had a similar problem with Cemat V8.2 faceplates (where we were not able to open interlock faceplates) and the solution was to copy the "Library" folder from ES (with Cemat functions) to "Library" folder of the client PC.
