we try to run WinCC advanced v15.1 on a windows 10 pro 64 bit PC with one network card (with one subnet for internet access and another subnet on the same adapter to connect to the plc via advanced network tab in the network settings). one subnet is supposed to provide internet connection for remote desktop access and ip camera connectivity, and the other one to connect the wincc visualization with the plc. ive attached a basic network diagram of that configuration. the plc responds to pings from the pc, but when i launch the wincc runtime project it opens a connection, and closes it right away. ive captured network traffic between 192.168.11.13 (pc) and .11.5(plc) and there seems to be some handshaking going on before the connection gets closed by WinCC Captured Data in the attachment should i just use the primary network ip of the pc used to connect to the camera network, and open the subnet mask to 255.255.0.0 on the pc and get rid of the additional ip provided to the network card?
