how to export data points and their mapping

Is there any way we can list data points of the project in DESIGO CC and also get the mapping of the points?

Hi,

Yes. You can get this info using Reports.

The Filter functionality is fairly powerful. 

As an example for use with Desigo PX:

1. Create a new Report. Right click the empty report, then go to Insert Table > Objects - and add this.

2. Right click the new table, then Select Columns.

3. Add 'Object Description' and 'Type' from the available columns.

4. You're then looking to add 'Input/Output address' from the list as well. To make this appear, change the Type drop down to any of the PX I/Os (i.e. Desigo PX Analog input).

5. You're done with Columns, click Ok.

5. Add a filter to the Objects table.(see Filter tab at the top). The Name Filter needs to reference you're controller (use drag and drop from the system browser tree).

6. For the Condition Filter - add the following text 

( 'Input/Output address' = "P=*" OR 'Input/Output address' = "C=*" OR 'Input/Output address' = "T=*" )

7. Save, then Execute the Report.
