CPU stop after download to memory card

Dear all

I have faced problem when i download user program to memory card.the CPU goes to stop mode and when i try to run it by putting switch to stop then to run the lamp of EXTF (external fault) flashes and CPU still in stop and do not go to run mode.also when i check the diagnostic buffer i found an error means consistency error.i attached file shows the error in diagnostic buffer.

Data:

CPU :S7 400 -414 -2DP

EPPROM card used:  2MB

Ram size:500 KB. 

Step 7 V5.5 used.

the only way to run CPU again is to re-download the H/W configuration again.

What should be that problem?

This will only happen when the downloaded program not identical to the two CPUs (in Redundancy mode). If so, compare the blocks of both CPUs. If you miss the block, add it.

** Note: The downloading must be through blocks. In this case, the entire program (including logics and HWconfig together) will be downloaded to the CPUs.

Thanks a lot. 

My PLC system is not redundent system. But it is multicomputing system (means tow CPU's on the same rack.).before I download the HW or the blocks to memory card. I get sure that online and offline are the same. But after downloading to card the tow CPU's stops and don't run again till download the HW again. and now the HW is On RAM not on the Eprom.

I still got confused.

You must understand that a multicomputing system is quite different than a stand-alone S7-400 PLC.

All the download data of all the CPUs in a multicomputer system must be synchronized. Look at the attachment below, taken from the following manual:
