Hello, ALL I created two almost identical technical support requests, received a notification to my email and that’s all. When I created my first request, I thought it would appear immediately, in the appropriate place on the site, but this did not happen, and I created the second one (changed the name) ... However, the last request is also not displayed ... I have messages in the mail that I need more information on my request, but the links in the letter do not work.
