Interlock permission, protect are grayed out and Faceplate jump is not showing

Hello Everyone,

I am also facing same issue . I am using PCS7 V9.0 SP2. I have 3 PC all 3 are dual screen. Out of 3 PC 1 PC is ESOS and remaining 2 Are WINCC Referance (OS). In Wincc Referance i can not able to access Interlock , Permission , Protect as well As jump. Interlock permission , protect are grayed out and Faceplate jump is not showing. Please refer attached PIC also. However In ESOS i can able to access everything. Both Wincc having same User. Also user given all the Permission. 

Please Help.

Split from Interlock faceplate issue.

This issue often happens whenever your WinCC screen configuration and windows screen configurations differ,

Kindly refer to the below Post. You can resolve it. Maintain your Windows screen configuration and WinCC screen configuration in the right manner.

And, Position of your Main screen is important.

Interlock faceplate issue

Dear AutoGen, 

I faced this problem before. The issue might relate to server data. If you try to configure a server-client configuration / single OS configuration, it will work.

Did you assign OS Server in your Client OS and download to the Target Station?
