Hi, the TLE is designed to change properties of the CMT's/EMT's/EPHT's when they are created in the master library and the instances in the project (CM's/EM's/EPH's). All parameters/signals/messages etc. that were created in the Technological I/O can be edited here. You also can change role assigments for the EM's/EPH's and other stuff.
