cu320 in starter has a fault 3505: TM analog input wire break

hello everybody! i have sinamics  g150+CIB+cu320+tm31. problem that aop30 says... initialization:cpu start... and after that no connection to drive.

cu320 in starter has a fault 3505: TM analog input wire break.

i have the next states of LED indicators: 

on tm31 RDY is green.

on CU320 RDY is red.

on CIB H200 is green, H201 is orange.

how can i resolve problem?

wire break error is checked when you have configured analog input to 4..20mA and raises if there isn't at least 4mA at input. So you really have break analog signal circuit or you have badly configured analog input. Check how is configured corresponding analog output and correct TM settings.

Next you can check Voltage/Current switch S5.0 (or S5.1) on TM31 for correct position.

You also can change parameter p4061 Wirebreak threshold, if analog output gives less than 4mA.

But this could not have cause AOP30 problems. There could be faulty cable between CU and AOP or RS232 connectors on CU or AOP30. I think, there is no settings for this communication.
